(BT TEtEGBAPH— FBESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, This Day. A further batch of territorials was dealt with at tho Police Court to-day for failing to render personal service. The fines imposed ranged from £2, with costs, to ss, with costs. OAMARU, This Day. A batch of over eighty Territorials appeared atthn Magistrate's Court to answer charges of_ breaches of the Defence Act, th') majority for absence from parades. For throwing rotten eggs through a window at tho Drillhall and damaging property, George Mackenzie was fined £1, with costs 10s, and similar charges against throe others were dismissed, Mackenzie being adjudged tho ringleader.
