The fortnightly sales of wool, sidn*, and bides were held yesterday by Me d. Levitt and Company, Murray, Kobertd, and Company, the United Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association, Ltd., Abraham and Williams, Dalgety and Company, and New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd. Prices ruled as under:'-. Wool.— Bag lots, Sd to 9|d. Lambs, 8W to 93d: erutchings, 6d to 6{d; pieces, Sid to 7idj inferior, 44d to 42d; dead, 9id ; black, 63d to 7d. Skins.— Halfbreds and fine crossbred*, 6id to B£d ; medium and coarse crossbreds, Bid to B£d; quarter to half-wools, S^d to Tjdj dead skins, 6£d to 7£d; lamb skins, 6d to 7dj green skin*, 69 9d to 8* 4dj green pelts, 3s 4d; salted lambs, 3s 4d. Taltew.—Parcels in shipping order, £28 10s, Tina, £20 to £26. Rough fat £19. Horsehair.— ls to le 10£ d per lb. Horns, 6s to 21e per hundred. Tails, Is !Ud per dozen.
