INCREASING PEACE STRENGTH. By Telegraph,— PreM Association.— Copyright. BERLIN, 23rd January. The Frankfurter Zeitung states that the new Army Bill will provide for the training of all those men fit for the service who have hitherto been rejected as superfluous, and will thus largely increase the army's peace strength.
