ISSUE OF NEW SHARES. By telegraph.— Pros* Association.— Copyright (Received January 24, 9.5 a;m.) LONDON, 23rd January. The National Bank of New Zealand is issuing a hundred thousand £7 10s shares, on which £2 10s. will be called up and offered to shareholders at £4 ss, in proportion to a new share to every two held.
