CONSTANTINOPLE, 22nd Jan The newspaper Ikdam states that Russia has strongly urged the cession of Adrianople to the Bulgarians, as otherwise Turkey's political and military situation will enter on a particularly embarrassing phase. ( Other versions state that Russia's attitude is threatening, and that the Russian Ambassador refers to the possibility of trouble in Asia Minor. Tire views of the Porte and the public are now more pacific, and the Ottoman Ambassadors have been ordered to souhd the Powers with a view to placing Adrianople under Turko-Bulgatiah administration.
