Delay, the solicitor who committed suicide at Newquay, waa married in New York in November, 1911. Thie fact was unknown, and Delay's family codicil, duly witnessed, atates that the £30.000 left to Mr«. Nowill wafe a slight token of his high admiration ttnd esteem for Mrs. Nowfll.
