OSBORNE JUDGMENT
DISSATISFACTION AT NOT BEING REVERSED. By Telegraph -Vtttt Association.- Copyright. LONDON, 6th December. A conference of tho Parliamentary Committee of the Trade Union Congress, the Management Committee of the General Federation, and the Labour party's executive, expressed dissatisfaction on the non-reversal of the Osborne judgment, and decided not to accept tho Bill in its present form. It was decided to convene a meeting Of representatives of thf entire Labour movement to deride tho final attitude of tho Labour party on the third reading of the Bill.
