DELAY LEAVES £70,000. By Telegraph, -Preas Association.— Copyright. (Received December 7, 10.55 a.m.) LONDON, 6th December. The estate of the solicitor Delay, who committed suicide at Newquay, is set down at £70,000. He bequeathed £10,000 to his widow, the residue (which includes £30,000 left to Mrs. Nowill, whose body was fountk on the shore at Newquay) goes to Delay's sister.
