Advicea received her© state that Mr. Montgomery Smart, a passenger drowned in the wreck of 'the Titanic, has be' queathed the whole of hie estate to Mr. Twohiey. editor of the Farmer and Grazier newspaper, and Mrs. Browne, of Sydney. Mr. Smart was formerly in the cool storage business in Sydney, and Mr. Twomey and Mrs. Browne assisted him. Before returning to Amerida, in 1897, he made a will in their favour." Subsequently he became president of the Cold Storage and Shipping Company, and a large stockholder in several other big concerns. His stock irt the Cold Storage Company is valued at £16,000, and shares in other companies represent a considerable amount.
