Bcthune and Company will sell on Wednesday, Bth January, -at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, a Roseneath property, comprising freehold land having an atfea of 2 roods 20 perches with the five dwellings thereon. The furniture will be/ on view .on Monday from 2 till 5, arid on the morning of the sale. On Wednesday,. at their rooms, the firm will hold a sale, of oak furnishings, and on Thursday, on the premises, No. 4, Manly-street (off Colombo-street, Newtown^ they will sell Mrs. Nielson's furnishings, including upright grand piano. The furniture will be on view on Wednesday afternoon, and the sale will commence at 1 sharp. On Friday and Monday, 13th and 16th December, at 2 o'clock each day, they will sell £1000 worth' of jewellery, c.p. ware, etc., without reserve. Messrs. Thomson and Brown will sell by 1 public auction at their rooms, 105, Customhouse-quay, on Wednesday, 18th December, at 2.30 p.m., a property in Daniel-street, Wellington South. .Particulars are advertised in this issue. Messrs. ToWnsend and Paul, Ltd., will sell at auction in their Allen-street yards, on Tuesday next, at 11 a.m., carrier's turnout, comprising double , lorry, 2 mares, and 2 sets harness.
