DELAY'S LEGACY VOID. By Telf gr*ph — Pr«ei Association.— Copyright, LONDON, 4th December. The legal opinion is that Mrs. Nowill predeceased Mr. Delay, the Singapore solicitor who committed suicide after bequeathing her £33,000, and that therefore tho legacy is void. The Coroher fidid he believed that Delay had treated the woman in a heartless way, but it was improbable that he had forced her over tho cliff.
