Bill, on the motion of Sir Ruf us < Isaacs, AttorneyGeneral, accepted all amendment allowing trade unions to -pay their members in the Houee of Commons. Sir Ruf us Isaacs said trade unions ought to be allowed to manage their own affairs. The Conservative members supported the amendment on the ground that it would make easy the reversal of the Act for the payment of members of Parliament.
