AIRCRAFT IN WAR TIME
RESOLUTION BY INTER-PARLIA MENTARY CONGRESS. By Telegraph.— Prew Association.— Copyright. (Received September 23, 8.48 p.m.) BERNE, 22nd September. The Parliamentary Congress at Geneva, by an overwhelming majority, adopted a resolution by M. Beernaert, President of the Congress, prohibiting the use of aircraft in war, especially the throwing of explosives. Baron d'Estournelle de Constant (France) opposed the resolution, which the British delegates supported.
