WEALTH PRODUCTION
Tn the Socialist Hall last evening Mr. W. Robinson read a paper on " Common Objections to Socialism Answered." He dealt chiefly with the question of wealth production, and showed how this had reached the stage where equitable distribution would provide a sufficiency for all, and only entail a few hours' work per day. Many questions were asked, and the discussion was an animated one.
On Saturday evening the Athletic Club entertained their sixth class boys' fifteen. Several of the club officials were present, including Mr. Ridler (club captain) and Mr. Cliailes Atkinson, who was farcwelled by the boys on his approaching doparturc for the south.
