NEW SOUTH WALES PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER HECKLED. By Telegraph.— Pre*« Association.— Copyriglit. SYDNEY, 19th September. In the Legislative Assembly to-night Mr. Griffith, Minister for Public Works, was heckled regarding his statement in the House about the tightness of money. Mr. Griffith declared that he did not contemplate the cessation of present public works, but they -would have to be very careful about the new ones till the money market eased.
