1, Before _ Mr. W. O. Riddell, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court, this morning, _Viojet Paton was fined 10s for drunkenness, in default to undergo forty-eight houfß* imprisonment. -- Frederick Davis, 29 years of age, who .was arrested us a stowaway when the Moana arrived from Sydney to-day, was iinqd £5 and ordered to pay the co3t of ji ticket. Default was fixed at one month's *" imprisonment.
