In the Magistrate's Court to-day, for failing to take the oath' and refusing to attend the annual ■ training camp, two Territorials were on a first count fined ss, provided they took the oath, within seven days; and on a second count £1 and £1 10s the increase in the one case being due to the fact that the youth admitted having laughed at the Territorials doing their duty and had orged others not to attend the parades.
