CADETS FOR CANADA
With regard to the seffiJing of New Zealand cadets to the Canadian Exhibition, the Minister of Defence (Hon. J. Allen) informed a Post 1 reporter to-day that the original invitatioq. was some- | what misleading. It suggested that 14, or pofcsibly 20, should bt> sent. Acting on that suggestion, 20 cadets and an officer were selected. Since then the Government has been notifkd that the expenses of only one captain, one lieutenant and 12 rank and tile would be paid. Under the circumstances, Cabinet is to be recommended to pay tho expenses of the other six. selected, and who are now ,in training. ,
