FREE PASSES ON TRAMS
A report on the issue and holdings of tramway passes prepared by the Tramway Board came before the Tramways Committee of the City Council. The trend of the report, was in the direction of a considerable reduction of such passes. The board is_ to report further to the Mayor on this matter, and it will be brought before the special meeting of the council called for Monday evening next to deal with tramway reorganisation. . . . ■ ' • - • <
