The Kelburne Boy Scouts held their annual meeting at the Kelburne 'Anglican Church last c% r ening. AddreE6eß.on scouting were delivered by Commissioner G. S. Baldwin and tho Rev. W. F. The new observatory building at Kelbuine, which k on the site of the old fort is now finished. There yet remains to be done the setting of the concrete base and the pedestal carrying the equatorial mechanism for the telescope. It was originally proposed that in order to encourage the public to take a practical and financial interest in the observatory, opportunity should be given for people other thau astronomer* to occasionally look through the telescope, which is a very fine instrument.
