Tbe latest development in connection with the revolt in Albania is that the Government is unable to rely on the loyalty of the Fifth Army Corpe at Salonika and the Seventh Army Corps at Uskub in the repressing of the Monastiv mutiny. A fight occurred between th© Turka and Albanians, near Alessio, and 400 Turks, including many officers-, were killed. Tho Albanians captured cix Mitrailleuses and forty mules .laden with ammunition.
