Manufacturers at Westham, including Sir Henry Tate, director of Henry Tate ,and Sous, Ltd., eugar refiners of Liveripool and London, have written Co the Prime Minister (Hon. 11. H. A^quith) stating that they will bo obliged to close their works, rendering 'idle several thousand workers, owing to the intimidation of the men by strikers while unloading raw material for the works, and the threats, to damage the workmen's homes.
