ACCIDENT ON A WARSHIP TWENTY-THREE MEN INJURED THREE SUCCUMB i By Telegraph,— Press Association.— Copyright, PARIS, 26th June. During big gun practice, a cartridge exploded whilst being inserted in a gun. on the cruiser Jules Michelei, and killed a sailor, wounded -three officers! and 1 twenty men, several of them fatally. (Received June 28, 10 a.m.) PARIS, 27th June. There were two explosions on the Julee Michelefc. The firef wounded thirteen men. Prac* tico was resumed, and then another gun back-fired at the fiftieth round owing to the heat, and terribly injured ten eailore, three of whom have eince died.
