The Irish Reformed Presbyterian Church Synod ha 6 issued a protest against the Home Rule Bill, which it describes as not an effort of sane statesmanship, but a measure wrung' from statesmen who are taking their orders from the enemies of the Reformation. Th© Bill, adds the Synod, aims at Romanising every Irish institution.
