Kellow, "That articlo 12 ot tho association be amended by deleting the words 'two pounds ten ehilhngs in the fourth line, and inserting the words 'three pounds.'" Ho stated that the pavilion needed painting j it was thought that the green or part of it needed roturfing, and there v\ero othor expenses likely to occur. The motion was lost. The following officers' were elected for the ensuing year; —President, Mr. C. B Norwood; secretary, Mr. P. North; treasurer, Mr. J", Kellow; directors, Messrs. &. Hemingway, G. MacMorrau, F.
