FIRE INSURANCE RATES
The recent limitation of the A rating area for fire insurance in Wellington was the basis of fjie interview which the Chamber of Commerce has just had with the Fire Underwriters' Association. The interview was not open to trie press. Mr. A. E. Mabin, president of the Chamber of Commerce, put before the association the facts brought out at the meeting of the Chamber of Commerce Council when fire insurances rates, were under discussion. The underwriters intimated that the representations made would receive consideration, and the result would be communicated in due course.
