REPAIRS TO A HOUSE. George Knopp, of Tawa Flat, sued G. Rodgers, tailor, of . Wellington, for £1 14s 2d, balance of an account for work done in connection with repairs to defendant's house. His Worship held that plaintiff had already received ample payment for his services, and gave judgment for defendant. Mr. J. J. M'Grath appeared for defendant, and plaintiff conducted his own case.
