SAFETY APPLIANCES FOR SHIPS. (Received May 3, 8.5 a.m.) BERLIN, 2nd May. A hundred representatives of shipping companies and maritime organisations attended a conference initiated by the Kaiser to discuss safety appliances for use at eea. Horr Delbrueck, Minister for the Interior, presided.
