ORCHESTRAL CONCERTS.
TO THK SMXOa. Sir, — During Mr. Barnett's remarks at last, evening's orchestral concert, he said that the attendances wero a disgrace to Wellington. So they are. During the last few mouths Mr. Baruett has been putting the best of music beforo tho public, and yet these miserable attendances. Tho only thing I can suggest is that if the City Council \v£re co make tho seats in the. hall more comfdttablo, both conductor and performers would be rewarded by .larger attendances than there are at present. — I am, otc, COMFORT.
