The Otago Boxing Association's opening tournament for. the season was concluded to-night in the presence of a large gathering. The finals resulted as Middle-weight : D. Boroham beat W. Styles. Light-weight : W. F. North beat E. Stewart (Wellington). Feather-weight : Goodman beat P. Torrie; Bantams : O'Farrell beat J. H. Marke. Novice (9.7) : W. Boreham beat L. Twist. ' Novice (10.9) : J. M'Phee beat J. Pearson. Heavy-weight : P. Ruston beat D. Boreham. Welter : E. Stewart beat W. Styles.
