EASTBOURNE AFFAIRS

TO TO* EDITOR. \ Sir,— lt is rumoured and in some cases I believe openly stated that I am a large shareholder in the Wellington Harbour Ferries Co., Ltd., and that I have used my power as a big shareholder to force the company to accede to my requests for improvements in the service.
