BEN TILLETT'S MANIFESTO.
A FOUL INSULT. ATTEMPT FOR CHEAP NOTORIETY (Received April 22, 8.10 a.m.) LONDON. 21st April. Mr. Ben Tillett, on behalf of the Dock and iWharf Workera' has- ksued
a manifesto protesting against the vicious class antagonism shown in the refusal to permit third-class passengers to be sayea. "It is a disgrace to common civilisation," the manifesto says. Correspondents protest at Mr. Tillett's foul insult, which, they declare, is made in order to gain cheap notoriety.
