The Eltham Co-operative Dairy Factory Company, at a special meeting, resolved to increase the capital from £20,000 to £40,000, and alter the present basis of allotment of shares, so that shares' may be taken up by the present suppliers. This increased capital is required for the installation of a cheese plant.
