AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES

Messrs. J. EL Bethuno and Co. announce in our auction columns a property fiale to be held by them at their rooma at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday next. Under instructions from the liquidators, in order to wind up the bueinces of a ' company, they are submitting the equities of the. company in a number of investment properties. On Wednesday they will hold their weekly sale of furniture in their rooms, and dispose of a roomful of furniture, on account of various peupla leaving th^ city. On Thursday they will hold a sale at the residence of Mr. F. L. Petersen, Adams- terrace, off AroEtreet, at 1.30, and included in the catalogue ib a Rosener piano. ' They will alto hold a. stile of five pianos at their rooms on Wednesday.
