M. STOLYPIN'S DEATH
REPORT OF THE ENQUIRY. DAMNING INDICTMENT AGAINST ■ HIGH OFFICIALS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received April 13, 11.45 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 12th April. The report of tho enquiry into the death of M. Sfcolypin (President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of the Interior, who waa shot oa 15th September) has been submitted to the Tsar. It contains a damning indictment against General Kurloff , and Colonel* Spridovitch, Kubliako, and Verigin, leaders of the ©ecnqt police. Many thousands of the Secret Service Fund have been misappropriated, in connection with which Korloff is charged. The investigations reveal that Bogroff, the lawyer who shot M. Stolypin, joined the secret police while a member of the revolutionary circle, and sold the circle's secrete. The report does not specifically charg* the leaders with complicity in the murder, but their relations with Bogroff were sinister.
