At the Bale of tho portion of the Westella estate, held yesterday by Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., at the Skating Rink, Feilding, there was a large attendance, and tho following sections were disposed of :— Section 1, 35 acres to R. Drummond, Kauwhata, at £51 ss; 2, 35 acres passed at £49 se; 5, 31 acres to F. Robson, Christchurch, at £49 ss; 4, 39 acres to P. Hansen, Kauwhata, at £49 10 a ;5, 39 acres passed at £41 ; 6, 58 acres to C. 0. H. Christensen, at £45 10s; 7, 60 acres to R. Drummond, at £48. The auctioneers report thai there are several enquiries for the two passed-in sections.
