TEN YEARS' IMPRISONMENT. By Telegraph.— l'reßß Association.— Copyright. BRUSSELS, 11th April. M. Monbnch, the chief official at the Albertville settlement in the Congo Vice State, has been sentenced to ten years' penal servitude for punishing attacks made upon his messengers during military operations by ordering theexecution of eleven natives,, including four women and a child.
