Tho Times declares that the strength of the Britieh Army in Egypt is dangerously low, especially in view of the. possibilities of the Turco-Italian War. The paper suggests that when troops are withdrawn from South Africa they should be sent to Egypt, which ie an incomparable training ground, as well ac healthy and inexpensive.
