TCEW SOUTH WALES BUILDERS ALARMED. By Telegraph.— Preae Aseociation.— Copyright. (Received April 11, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The ifißtte of & circular by the Bricklayers' Union stating that the Government require* 700 bricklayere, who will be guaranteed two year/ work at tho •best rates of pay, and the report that the full number have applied to the Government, are alarming the builders, who declare that if the reports are true the private building trade will bo paralysed, as they are unable now to fill requirements so far as bricklayers are concerned.
