DUNEDIN TRAM FATALITY.
• DUNEDIN, ,9th April. At the inquest on the body of William Nesbit, who was killed on Monday night, as the result of being run over by a tram, tho evidence showed, that the injuries were ve/y severe, including several fractures and a Dad wound on one side of the abdomen. Death must have been instantaneous. Dsceased had gone to Roslyn by another car, and was then very drunk. The Coroner returned a verdict that death was due to,, deceased being run over by a tram vtfhile under tho influence of liquor, no blame being attachable to anyone.
