CLAIM OF AN AGENT.
The hearing of the- matter of an agent's claim, begun yesterday and adjourned till to-day, was reeumed before Djr.' M' Arthur,' S.M. John William Mackey, commission agent, sued Robert Hannah, < boot, manufacturer, for the recovery of £26, for work done and attendance' performed in the letting of premises in Lambton-tiaav, owned by defendant, and leased to William Young for seven years at £520 per year. The amount claimed was as a 5 per cent, commission on the first year's rent. Mr. F. P. Kelly appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. A. Pair for the defendant. Judgment was reserved.. Sergeant Hutton, in charge of the Gisborp© police district, and formerly of Wellington, is spending a holiday leave in the eity^ Messrs. George R.
