1111 • SURPLUS OF £446,000. By Telegraph.-Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 25, 10 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 24th March. The Union Budget has been tabled. It shows a surplus of £446,000. The national debt amounts to £114,237,000. Fresh taxation is anticipated in 1913.
