Dickens'fi etory, "A Tale of Two Citiee," will be produced for tho first time this cvenihg, and should interest all admirers of this literary masterpiece. Scenes in Japan in colour will figure in tho new programme. "Tho One -logged Poacher," a new comic study, will bo found to be extremely amusing. The Gaumont Graphic wiil introduce recent events that havo happennd in Uie at large. '' Customs and the Girl" aud "Pull for the Shove, Sailor" aro two dramatic subjects that appear, in the new programme. . ORGAN RECITAL. There was a large attendance at the organ recital given by ' Mr. Maughan Barnett, the City Organist, at the Town Hall on Saturday evening, and tho appreciation • evidenced by the audience was a tribute, to Mr. Maughan Barnett's artistic playing. The programme consisted of "special request" items, and included the Fanta.sie from "Faust," "Toccata, in F" (Bach), aud works by Mendelssohn. .Rubinstein, and Lemare. Mr. C. 11. Stephens, tho vocalist of the evening, sang Clay's "Sands o' Dee." and "Awake," by Pelissier. MUNICIPAL ORCHESTRAL CONCERT. The programme for to-morrow night's concert by the Municipal -Orchestra, will include popular worke. such as the Overture to the "Caliph of Bagdad" and Strauss well-known "Blue Danube" Vaise. The "Karelia" suite, by Sibelius, and Coleridge Taylor's Ballade will also be played. Miss Adelaide Bruce, a visitor from Australia, will sing "Caro mio bon" (Giordani) .and. songs 'by* Rubinstein >.and Aylward. Mr. Maughan Barnett, City Organist, 'will conduct, and Mr. Herbert Bloy will lead tho orchestra. CONCERT AT KHANDALLAH. Tbis evening an entertainment by tho Orphans' Club will be given in the new Municipal Hall at Khandallah. As this is tho first opportunity residents of Khandallah and Ngaio will havo '^Si inspecting their new hall a large attendance Is anticipated. KILBIRNIE SKATING RINK. The Kilbirni6 Rink continues to be well patronised. A couples' race was held on Saturday ovoning, and a race for t ladies is set down for Wednesday next. v
