ARBITRATION BILL. AMALGAMATION OF SAVINGS BANKS. By Telegraph.— Prehs Asbociatiou Copyright. SYDNEJT, 22ud March. The two Houses have agreed to a conference on the Arbitration Bill. The Council rejected the Legislative Assembly's Bill for amalgamation of the Savings Banks. The object of the Bill was to ttrengthen the ojftiks in order better to compete with the Commonwealth Bank.
