ENGLISH BY-ELECTION.
EPSOM BEAT. By Telegraph.— Press Association,— Copyright. (Received March 22> 9 a.m.) LONDON, 21st March. Mr. Henry Keswick (Unionist) was returned unopposed for the Epsom (MidSurrey) seat. The vacancy was caused by the Heath of tho sitting member, Mr, W. Keswick, father of Mr. Henry Keswick. [The late Mr. Keswick sat for Epsom from 1899 until the time of his death. He was three times elected unopposed; on the other two occasions he was returned by substantial 'majorities.]
