BEDOUIN ATTACK. FIGHTING NEAR BENGHAZI FORT. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright^ ROME, 3rd February. Four hundred Bedouins made a. night attack on a email outer fort at Benghazi, but were repulsed. Twelve dead were found amongst the wire entanglements surrounding the fort, and many others have been removed. The Italiane had four men killed. It ia stated that the natives are short, of food. FRENCH WORKERS IN, YEMEN. EVICTION AND FRICTION. (Received February 5, 9 a.m.) PARIS, 4th February. The eviction of Frenchmen engaged in the construction of a railway and port at Hodeidah, in Yemen> Arabia, on the east doast of the Red Sea, ie> causing much friction.
