INVITATION TO AUSTRALIA SUGGESTED. By Telegraph.— Press Association. — Copyright. (Reoeived January 31, 9.55 a.m.j MELBOURNE, This Day. A suggestion has been made that the Minister of Defence should invite the Prince of Wales to spend) some time in Australia as an officer of an Australian regiment. The Minister pointed out the Prince is going to South Africa to serve in a British regiment, but, as there was no British regiments in Australia tho suggestion that he should come here would not carry the samo weight.
