SYDNEY, 30th January., At the half-yearly meeting of the Australian Bank of Commerce, the report showed that after paying interest on inscribed deposits, a balaneo of £16,222 remained. A dividend at the rate of 2£ per cent, per annum was declared, absorbing £14,850. A balance of £1510 •was carried 'forward.
