Visitors to Feathorston are almost unanimous in declaring the to.vn to be one of the most pictusesque in tho Dominion, but they invariably remark upon tlje lack of interest the townspeople appear-to take in their immediate surroundings. Nature and the work of pioneer residents combined have ' brought about the greater part of the beauty of "the loveliest village of the Plain," /but the citizens of today, generally speaking, are doing little to add to the attractiveness of the place. The Town Board should set an example in this matter worthy of emulation.
