AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES

Gorton and Sons, will sell the property on 6th March. To-morrow, at 1.30 p.m., MJeeere. Brand and Johnston will hold a Sale of household furnishing* and appointments, 370 lots, the contents of a seven-roomed residence. The list includes upright grand piano, Chesterfield suite, leather dining room suite, oak sideboard, Ajibtrian bentwood chairs, six Duchesse cheet«, and cheval bedroom suite. On ThursdaY, commencing at 1.30 o'clock sharp, they will hold a sale of furnishings, comprising drawing room carpet, Chesterfield couch, and Chippendale occasional chairs, at the residence, Koniniroad, Hataitai, on account of Mies'Denhard, who is giving up housekeeping. On Friday, commencing at 11 o'clock, they will sell by public auction one whaleboat, length 31ft, beam fift 6in. Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Company will hold the following sales to-morrow at 1.30 : Household furniture and effects, including piano ; 200 fully paid-up shares in the Globe Printing Company. At 2.30 they will sell Simplex pianola' and records, also Remington typewriter, and an upright grand piano, and dining and billiard table. They also have for salo a new Humber moto* cycle and side car to be sold at 2.30. To-morrow at 1 p.m. the Farmers' Distributing Company will hold an auction sale of purebred poultry, etc. . at the farm of Mr. E. Hall, N»i Nui, Lower Hutt. *
